Hi my name is Melanie B*****.

Hi Nick once again they are asking me for my ID my identification I've already told them that I've been through this with them over and over again and it's like they just are brain dead they don't realize that we've been through this since August this is the third time now you know it's like it doesn't make any sense to me and they keep like it doesn't make any sense to try to avoid paying me once again so I'm coming to see you guys again so you can help me out again I can't take it anymore it's it's just unreal how these people are stressing me out it's very simple give me my money they've already got my ID they have thousands of my documents my phone bills my everything like I can't take it anymore I need your help please it's always an excuse every time and I was told literally from the actual like manager the top manager that I wouldn't have to go through these problems again and that the next payout would be easy and it would go smooth and I wouldn't have to go through this problems but unfortunately I'm going through them again and I'm really getting fed up please Nick help me out

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawals have been requested on the 2nd and 4th of November?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

It is the point of being verified I've been verified for the last three times since August 11th I've been on this site and I've made three complaints with you guys to help me out Nick solve my problems twice with a spin 247 they are rude they obviously don't remember what is going on because they keep asking for the same thing over and over again I mean it's it's it's it's really mind-boggling how you keep getting asked the same thing over and over again Nick solve my situation twice okay I've already went to Curacao gaming and I've already been to the curacao control board. Always my next stop is you guys and that's exactly what I'm doing now I'm just fed up and I'm beyond being fed up I sent screenshots to you guys . They clearly say that they want me to do more identification it doesn't make any sense to me because when I got an email from them which was from a girl named Elana b. She clearly stated that I will never have any more problems and that everything will go smoothly because of the problems that they have caused me so I know there's that there's always a waiting. To get paid because I'm been playing with the risk she knows for so long that I know the ins and outs in the ups and downs about that stuff but I've never been to such a hassle about getting my money from a casino. I'm tired of always explaining myself to them I mean it's beyond stressful like I I'm so stressed out every time like every time it's making me sick physically and then I get words that everything's going to be fine and that is not going to be fine so I'm tired of it I just want my money and that's why I came to you guys cuz I know that you guys can help me out. Hi this is Melanie B*****.

I just want to let you know that I received my first winning cuz I won twice on spin 24/7 so they gave me my first batch of payment and now I'm just waiting for my second payment for my second win. So I already got the 360$ now they said they're going to send it without any delay and they're very sorry for any inconveniences that caused me which they always tell the time but they said we don't need any further documents from me right but that's what they always say and they said they're going to send my second payment without any further delay so I'm guessing that's Monday cuz we're on the weekend but we'll see that's why I'm not closing it right now I want to see if they keep their word for the $800 like I said if it wasn't for you guys you know when I mention your name automatically it's like they they know I mean business you know and that's why I'm saying it really means a lot to me to know that I can count on a casino or I mean like a casino Guru like you guys are a guru because it's like I can count on you to help me solve my problem whenever I have issues with you know any casino which is never really a problem it's just that one specifically but I want to thank you again and I will get back to you and let you know what's going on with the second win. So once again its always the same song and dance . As soon as I told them I made a complaint with you guys again spin247 paid my first win of 360$ Nov 5th 2021. Now I'm waiting for my other payment of 800$ . This woman that emailed me said the my money would be processed without further delay and she once again apologized for the inconveniences they have cause me . It s always like this . I know it takes 1 to 2 days to process if your verified and it also depends on your payment method. Ive been playing there so long there shouldn't be a delay . Anyways I'll keep you posted it's supposed to be processed by tomorrow for there sake I hope so . I play with some serious casinos and never have I ever waited this long or been treated like a unpaying customer. Very sad I find . Anyways talk to you tomorrow have a great night. Thank you again.

I'm fine thank you. Hope you are doing well depsite the situation. As the withdrawal delays - the 1-2 days of processing time sometimes refer to the processing time within the casino so after 1-2 days the payment is approved and the transaction is requested. Then again, you need to wait for the transaction to arrive which may also take a few days depeding on many factors. Waiting a week after you are verified should be a good waiting time.

Please keep us updated about the second payment.

This is Melanie B*****. Just to let you know I received both payments so the first one I received on Friday November 5th and I received the other payment as of yesterday which was November 9th 2021. So in actuality they were good with the payment but it was only like I said in all this I had to mention you guys in order to receive the payment it wasn't like I said again the one to two days waiting time I didn't care about the waiting. It was the constant asking for my verification and you know as well as I do that I'm verified and because you went through it with me the first time I'm so you know I mean this is why I'm saying it's nice to know that I could count on you guys to you know help me with a complaint whenever I have one and it's always with you guys you know I thank you very much Nick and you know it's helping me out a lot to know that someone's got my back and you have a lot of other people's backs you know and in this type of situation you guys are awesome and I appreciate it. But there's just one more thing that I have to add I just won last night more money on there casino so I mean if I have a problem with that withdrawal which I don't think I will but with that casino you never know I think this is the third complaint right. I will keep you guys posted with this withdrawal if anything happens you guys will be hearing from me but on that note you can say Case Closed with this complaint because they did pay so thank you very much to you guys I appreciate it and how is yourselves a great week and weekend rest of the week and weekend and thank you .
