The player from South Africa had been waiting for his withdrawal for over a week. The casino blamed technical issues but provided no information or solution. His withdrawal status was stuck on 'in progress' beyond the stated 1-4 day waiting period. The player confirmed that his account had been fully KYC verified and he had not had any previous issues with withdrawals. The issue was eventually resolved and the player confirmed that the case could be closed. We then proceeded to close the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Never had any issues with the casino always keeps their promises of paying and they pay without fail,


Now it's been over a week and they keep on saying that they have a problem with their withdrawal system,


They didn't give us any information about what's happening no updates, nothing stating that everyone is experiencing the same issues,


Ofcourse we know that but his casino is a big casino surely they must have some sort of backup systems in place to prevent issues like this, it's the second time now that this is happening,


1-4 days is the casinos withdrawal time frame it's been since the 5th of December and nothing has happened, account status is just sitting on in progress,


Can somebody please get some information as too what is going on, this is also our money that is at stake here.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hi


My account has been fully KYC and it's been for awhile l, I have never had any issues withdrawing and according to the casino it takes 1-4 days which I always have been patient about but up until last week, it's been withdrawal issues, with no further information,


No time lines of when this issue will be resolved and the casino doesn't seem to have any contingency plans in place to pay out our money.
