Hi, I withdrew $1900 on the 14th of June 2022 and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. I have contacted staff and management from gogo room casino on multiple occasions only to hear the same story since July (your withdrawal has been marked as priority). As of a few days ago I can't even log in to the site. I'm very upset as I was a loyal player who deposited regularly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Was your account successfully verified in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but waiting for payouts for several months is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

PS: I have switched your complaint to Oasis Spin Casino based on this case in which the casino admitted that the GoGo Room belongs to them.

Thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it! I have verified my account several times. The last being at the time of the above mentioned withdrawal.


I don't have multiple accounts either which is why I found it srange that I haven't been able to log in for about a week now.


Last time I logged into my account, the withdrawal was still pending.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve your complaint were unsuccessful. Previously we had good communication with the casino's representatives, but unfortunately, lately, they somehow stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We can only recommend you to take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating.

We wish we could be of more help.
