The player from the UK had made a withdrawal request on 26th January but hadn't received her winnings yet. Despite numerous chats with support, she had received no resolution and after waiting longer than the stated 21 days, she was told the payment was still "in process". The player had expressed concern over the casino having her personal information and irregularities in transactions. We had informed the player that due to the casino's "No Reaction Policy" and several unresolved cases, her complaint would be closed as "unresolved", affecting the casino's rating. We had also advised her to avoid this casino due to their lack of responsiveness and cooperation.

Made withdrawal request on 26th Jan and never received it contacted them o chat numerous times they kept saying 21 days ghats been and gone now they say its processing and the cut me off on chat.

Why are they not being shut down or blocked its not right at all.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from Spicy Jackpots Casino. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. 

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

I'd rather focus on getting them shut down than getting money from them ,they've clearly got no intention of paying out.

You deposit 20 and they take different amount out of your bank without saying prior ie 23 24 etc and I noticed underneath some of the transactions on my banking it said Nigeria and all different countries and amounts,seems odd.

They're doing as they like and getting away with it ,their address is fake ,they don't reply to email and they cut me off if I go on chat.

There must be a professional body that can take action against them.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Spicy Jackpots Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
