I requested this withdrawal on 27/11/2024 I still haven’t received my withdrawal despite them telling me I would receive it before Christmas. I was also told 7-21 working days, it has exceeded that date. They’ve blamed staff shortages and all sorts but keep sending the same message to be patient. I wish I found this website before.
