However, after a couple of days, the casino had closed the player's account and confiscated all winnings on suspicions of fraud without providing any evidence. The player had been new to the casino and had been playing for only four days, mainly playing baccarat at DG casino. Despite multiple attempts by the Complaints Team to reach the casino for clarification, no response was received. The Complaints Team had marked the complaint as 'unresolved', negatively affecting the casino's rating. The player had been advised to contact PAGCOR, the licensing authority, for further assistance.

i won $40000 sgd and upon withdrawal they say it takes 1-2 working day for withdraw and they are checking. After 2 days, they mentioned my winning suspect of fraud and they close my account and confiscate all my winnings with any evidence or valid reason

I was new a player about 4days .

Upon withdrawal, they say need 1-2 days for checking. After 2days check, they close my account and confiscate all my winning without any reason.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I have tried to contact the casino via two different e-mail addresses and both times my messages have been undelivered. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. The casino states on its website that it is licensed by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) but we have been unable to verify the validity of this. It could still be worthwhile to send them an e-mail and submit a complaint. They can be contacted here: info@pagcor.ph, please let me know how they respond (michal.k@casino.guru)

I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion. I can only recommend checking the reviews of each casino before you sign up and only playing in licensed and good-rated casinos to avoid disappointments like this in the future.
