The Player from Finland has had his winnings of approximately 1430€ withheld and his account has been disabled due to alleged gambling addiction. The player confirmed his account was verified and his withdrawal from the casino was successful.

I made Sunday 2/7/2023 deposit 100e with 105% bonus and after wager I made 1430e+ withdraw (can't remember exact amount). I logged Monday night check if my withdraw was accepted to only find my account is disabled because "User is disabled because of gambling addiction". I have no gambling addiction (yes I've been active player here but nothing different than most players).
I went chat ask what's the problem and they said I have got email that explains, but I did not receive email, so I contacted support by email and got more info (see attach file).
I did not break any rules and did not use any strategy while wagering.
I have won here before and that time my withdraw was accepted just fine and I got my account verified same time.
Just want my winnings..

They say i used "strategy" because after win i was playing many slots same time but i was trying do wager faster by time...and playing 2-4 slot same time is not strategy!
