Thank you very much for submitting a complaint through our website. In this situation, you can forfeit the bonus. After that, you should be able to request a withdrawal.
In case you didn’t wager at least 1500 CZK (3x deposit), the casino will charge you 20%. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure (section 8.15 from the casino’s T&Cs).
Please contact the casino about how to forfeit the bonus.
