The player from Australia has deposited money into her account, but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
never received my deposit and found the customer chat team rude and not interested at all in resolving this . this is the 4th time it has happened though first 3 times it was manually added to my account it still took hours of chat sessions, the recent deposit today iv been told a tec issue and it will be sorted out soon . still waiting no reply or response or apology or update from the casino . very angry

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if you have contacted your payment provider? They need to be part of the investigation.
