The player from Norway had faced an issue with the disappearance of a significant amount of money from his account while he was playing with bonus money on Slotspalace. Despite numerous emails, the issue had remained unresolved. However, after he raised a complaint with us, the issue was successfully resolved and the player confirmed the return of his bonus money. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Was playing like normal on slotspalace with bonus money, won up to over 3k and when i was around 2 k or something 1500 of my money disappeared. This was on friday, and i still haven't gotten them back, sent several angry mails but no money. i have lost over 100k on this site, and this is how they treat me. i want to report this site and get ppl away from this scam site.
