The player from Norway, after losing an amount of over 1 million, had their account banned at SlotsPalace. The player did not report any funds held by the casino. The Complaints Team had explained that they could not penalize the casino for account closure, as casinos reserved the right to restrict or close accounts for any reason. The complaint was rejected as unjustified.

lost over 1 million on this casino, and now they have banned my account and won't reopen it.... hope you guys can do something about slotspalace and stop others from playing on this site. I don't expect too make profit, but should be able too win something back, and slotspalace is very bad site and bad RTP. So hopefully you can stop others from playing on this site 🙂

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

  • Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino?

If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

No they don't I think, just wanted you to stop others from playing on this site, probably never getting any of thise money back. So others don't make the same mistakes as me 🙂

I wish I could be of more help. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. For the abovementioned reasons, I will now reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding. 


PS: I adjusted the disputed amount from 100,000 NOK to 0 as no funds were being withheld by the casino.
