I submitted my withdrawal request on the 28/12/22 for £450,I was told that it would take a couple of days,and still I have not received the money,despite 20 emails regarding this I just get a response please be patient your money will be with you shortly

Hi yes I have previously had a withdrawal made in dec with no problems,passed the KYC verification stage,and did not use a active bonus.

They have stated that that made the payment on the 03/01/23,they also sent me a screenshot of the said transaction,however I still have not recieved it,and now I’m not getting any responses from them at all
