The player from United States has received his winnings through an international check which was not accepted by the player’s bank. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Could not cash the check they sent as iit is an international check from canada. I was told to "drive" to canada to cash it after my bank declined it and charged me return check fees and overdraft fees. When speaking to an agent he left the "chat" after telling me he had other more "appreciative" customers to help. Terrible customer service, terrible communication skills, worst casino ive ever seen.

Could you please advise if you have been informed by the casino to check the availability of cashing out the international check. Consequently, have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino? Have you been offered any alternative, as refunding the check, and getting paid through an alternative payment method? Maybe one of the e-wallets, such as Bitcoin, would be a good option for you. It is fast, safe and you can always convert bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account.
Lastly, maybe a different bank would be able to accept the check?
