The player from United States had their bonus privilege revoked. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
So I’ve been playing in this casino for almost a year , I’ve made well over $20,000 in deposits and that made me an high roller, they never gave me the perks of being an high roller and instead they called me an skilled player and took all my bonus away including my comp points and my cashback , this is been going on for months now , the only time they gave me back some bonuses is when I had over 10k in my account cuz they wanted me to get that money stuck to a promo and possibly lose it
it’s ridiculous that they don’t honor their rewards program
they call me a SKILLED PLAYER

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

I understand but they can set up a rewards program and then don’t honor it ?!
