The player from Oklahoma had a pending withdrawal from free spin winnings and, despite having made the required deposit and providing the necessary documents, had not received any communication from the casino as of 05/01/2024. The player claimed that she had complied with the terms and conditions and completed the verification process. However, we found that the casino's policy limited winnings from consecutive no-deposit bonuses. Despite her deposit, the casino had not paid out her winnings. We suggested that the player contact the casino for a refund of the deposit or continue playing with the deposited funds. Unfortunately, we had to reject the complaint due to the casino's policy on consecutive no-deposit bonuses.

Been trying to cash out my free spins withdrawal (the limit is $100 after the party through which I completed) I did the LTC deposit of $10 and have sent them the required documents. Have had no word at all since and approval for my LTC withdrawal was on 05/01/2024. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response.

  1. Nowhere on the T&C nor on the messages containing the no deposit bonuses that they sent me and allowed me to redeem states that you can not use more than one in a row and neither does the fine print on the bonuses when redeeming. It very clearly emphasizes NO deposit required to play the free spins more than once. It says Xx rollover and maximum redemption amount. I'm including screenshots of T&C and screenshots of multiple no deposit bonus messages they have sent me, including the one I used and subsequently won on and interactions between me and the casino, which have gone unanswered.
  2. Yes I have completed verification, I used their automated 3rd party authenticator to do so and it was approved, as was my redemption, on May 1st. This required me to send front and back of my photo id and a current selfie. filefilefilefilefile

This is the only withdrawal I have ever attempted AND they made me make a deposit which I have NOT received back. If I made a real money deposit as requested how are they able to not pay out my win or send back my deposit?

I am sorry for the trouble caused, The practice of limiting winnings from consecutive no-deposit bonuses is very common for online casinos targeting North American players.

You might contact the casino and ask for a refund of the deposit, or continue playing with the deposited funds.
