This was my first withdrawal. I passed the vetification process. I had deposited my own money and there some bonus money. I had $2509 in my account. Had 2 approved withdraws and only one was paid to me.

This has been going on for weeks now. The first time I tried to withdrawal it took them 20 days to do a wire transfer that never went thru after I gave them all the information they needed. Then I had to open a Bitcoin account.everything got approved and I was only paid $125.00 of the $1509.00 that I requested. Where did the rest of my money go?

I have called them several times. Asked to speak to a manager. I put a $50.00 deposit in and a $30.00 deposit. I have nothing in writing. This is the phone number

Here is the photo of the transaction. The withdrawals were approved. They kept $1357 and paid me $129.00. Both withdrawals were approved. They are keeping my money. This is all wrong.

I see that your withdrawal of $1387,19 was approved on May 22. Please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

its been longer than 14 days. There were 2 withdrawals approved on the same day but only one paid out. They need to pay me the rest of that money. I have been in contact with them for weeks and now I am locked out of my account. Casino Guru said it can help people like me who are getting screwed over by Slots of Vegas which is a black listed gaming site. I wish I knew that before depositing my money. They gave me one withdrawal but not the first one. This is all terrible and they are stealing from me.

My user name and password will not work. I tried to change my password and it just says retry. Have you made any progress to get the money back? I’ve been verified. I was paid $129.00 instead of $1509.47. I sent you the screen shots of both approved withdrawals and only received one. Can this be reported to a gaming commission or some form of regulation to prevent international online casinos that take your money but do not pay when you win.

I have reviewed the situation and the win in question was during bonus play rather than the previous deposit Connieb930. The bonus in play at the time of the win came with a $125 maximum cashout value which was paid out to you in conjunction with the Bitcoin confirmation deposit. Had the win been during your cash deposit play the sky would literally be the limit however free bonuses come with rules attached and in this case that includes a maximum cashout limit I'm afraid.

That does not make sense. I made a deposit and there was some money left along with the bonus money added to my account that I did not ask for. There should not be a max pay of $125.00 when you win $1509.00. You website is a total rip off and I will be sure to let all my fellow slot players and poker players know to stay the hell away from your blacklisted rip off website. No where did I read you could only get a max pay of $125.00 with bonus money anywhere in your rules. I would like a copy of that.

Dear Connieb930,

I apologize but the casino gave us documents showing that during your gameplay, two bonuses were active. One was a cashback bonus issued two years ago with the 5x maximum cashout, the second one was an additional bonus deposited by the casino at a later date. The winnings you received (129$) were capped as they were from the cashback bonus. I'm sorry but due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
