The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal six weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I submitted all documents needed and waited two weeks before I could withdraw for them to receive documents. Then I called to figure out when they were going to wire the money. then they asked for bank statements which was not on the first list of documents. I turned them in and it took them three days to get it. Even though I emailed it.. which they get immediately.. They canceled my withdrawal of $1500. They told me to withdral all over again so now I have to wait another two weeks. of course because it got released I ended up playing back half of it, I feel they do this on purpose so that they can get their money back so now I put in a request for my $700 and it’s gonna take seven days to process and seven days to do a wire transfer. This is absolutely ridiculous. Here I have won the money at least a month and a half ago and I’m still not getting paid. I feel like this is fraud.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?
