The player from Colorado has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. After contacting casino and their affiliates we still weren't able to get a response. The issue has been resolved successfully.

I requested a withdrawal on Sept 4th through Bitcoin and it has been stuck in the Blockchain for several days now. I have contacted slots.lv and they said there is nothing they can do. I have received several withdrawals one from them since then and it went through just fine. They just keep telling me that Bitcoin is congested and to wait longer. But this is ridiculous. I feel like they need to reissue the payment.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

First of all as I am actually from Colorado. It wouldn't let me change the state. I have been very patient and the crazy thing is I have received another withdrawal from the same casino and it went through just fine. That's what is frustrating me. I have just never had a withdrawal through Bitcoin get caught up in the Blockchain this long.

No I have not and I get a different response from them Everytime I call. All they tell me is "I understand your frustration but you just need to be patient"... If I hear that one more time my head is going to explode.
