Don't close thus complaint I Deposited the money the representative said my bonus would be available instantly as far as having no management assistor operational support when I asked for it tge company needs to have somebody Executively respond to my case. The. Have no right to coax & lie to Americans for money.

I understand that you are feeling frustrated. However, as I mentioned in my previous response, we cannot investigate cases regarding bonuses that were not granted to players. If you did not receive a bonus, it is highly likely that you were not eligible for it.
