I highly disagree with the 5/10 rating this site is very trustworthy and I play here all the time. They have never hassled me on payments and usually in my crypto wallet in an hour or two unlike other sites taking a month or two. My biggest win was $6000 and taking $2500 in two crypto currencies and playing the rest I had my withdrawn in an hour.

That’s twice now depositing on their site and I use no bonuses. But it is like the win any amount button is off. It seems like for one you cannot get a bonus or even come close. Your money just disappears almost as soon as you start playing. I don’t like these games anyways but figured I’d give it a try. Don’t. It’s a waste of money. There are so many better casinos to play at. You just feel like you should have burned the money instead. I know you don’t always win. But at least have fun playing in the goal. Not here.

Could I give this scam a zero?! Even playing .20 a spin and can’t even catch a break. Scam at its finest.

It’s been quite sometime now.. and let me tell you. Horrible! I can’t believe how much they try to promote that they are honest. Desposit $100.. 30 cents a spin. 0 feature rounds.. I won 18$ out of the whole session. When I went to customer service, they tell me it’s RNG. When I asked them how it’s possible that I stayed on one slot and not win anything they tell me "it’s bad luck" stay far far far away from here. The only way we can get back at these scammers is to not invest our money into them.

This casino is getting worse and worse by the day. I have been a vip member for almost a year now. I get treated terribly by service agents. They take absolutely now responsibility for anything that goes wrong. They make it virtually impossible for you to speak the highest point of escalation which is either the supervisor or the host team. They have no current running promotion. I became a hosted player and then somehow lost my host status even though my activity increased following the host status being attached. In my opinion it appears they are falling off a cliff.

They have always been fair. I've cashed out and have won some small jackpots. I've also had some nasty dry spells. It's happens. They have an attached, live moderated forum, which is impressive being as though the moderators deal with constant abuse. But this means you can usually get a hold of a casino rep to answer questions or handle issues. I've played through bonuses with money on the other end, and the withdraw has always been extremely fast (bitcoin). Highly recommend if you live in the states and play with crypto. I don't recommend if you want to withdraw USD, as it's check only, with a fee, and will take some time to receive and cash.

UPDATE 11/11/22:

I have been a loyal player here for a while now. While they still offer the fastest Bitcoin payouts anywhere, their RTP has gotten much lower. Whether they are under new ownership/management, I don't know. I just know that while I used to win pretty regularly (and sometimes nice large wins), it's like pulling teeth to win anything. I have cut back greatly on these two casinos because I feel like there's not even a chance anymore. If I do eek out a win, it's usually under $300. Just saying...

I elected check by courier and it was processed in two installments because they have a $2000 limit per check. The first check was processed in about 4 business days. I give it four stars because it was one of THE FASTEST payouts I ever received!! They are also GREAT with chat customer service,and very quick as well.
The only reason I don't give it five stars is because ever since I did get my payout I haven't been playing too well on it ,and it lagged on the excitement FOR ME.

Slots Lv you guys restored my faith in online gaming. I have been playing multiple RTG sites and won. Grande Vegas did not pay me and took my funds, after waiting 3 weeks for approval. Good games clean and up to date look. The problem is they are a predatory site with a very unfair payment system. Now I’ll be honest about my time here. For over two years I never made a withdrawal and when I finally did I was impressed with the time it took to post in my account literally less than an hour and I was paid $1,400.00. The problem came when I was lucky enough to win a progressive jackpot of $73,000. When you read the withdrawal limits for Bitcoin it is a lie. They will not let you get your money instead what they do is allow you to take out small installments of $2500 every three days. So to collect my winning it would take 71 days or something like that. Now imagine going to a casino and being told you couldn’t leave the casino after winning a huge jackpot and hat the money you won was going to be paid but only in small amounts. Anyone who is online gambling is likely an addict on some level. And being told to stay in the casino with a bag full of money is not only dangerous but predatory and unfair. Sure you can win here but there is no way that any real player is gonna just sit back and wait 71 days to get there money. They pay that’s true but the installments are BS. The can accept huge deposits but not withdrawals then they say it’s because of US regulations which is a lie they’re not a US based casino and likely to avoid any regulations.
