I WENT TO THIS ONLINE CASINO TO PLAY, I DEPOSITED MY MONEY AND WON ALTOGETHER 8068.00

IF i WAS TO REALLY ADD IT ALL UP WITH OUT PUTTING THE MONEY BACK INTO THE GAME IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WELL OVER12,000.00 DOLLARS. I REQUESTED THE PAYOUT ON 11/06/2023 AND WAS APPROVED FOR 1200. AND 1068.00 0N 12/13/2023. AT WHICH TIME I HAVE BEEN INCONTACT AND HAVE ALL EMAILS AND CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PAYOUT DEPARTMENT. IT HAS BEEN OVER 20DAYS AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY WINNINGS. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESONSE FROM THEM SINSE12/14/2023 AND WAS TOLD AT THAT TIME THAT MY PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN EXPEDITED BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PENNY AND ALL CORRESPONDENCES HAVE STOPPED. GRANTED I DID NOT PUT THAT MUCH MONEY INTO THE CASINO HOWEVERE HIT A JACKPOT AND MY WINNINGS WENT TO 6800.00 , I WON THE MONEY FARE AND SQUARE. I HAVE SENT THE ALL THAT HAS BEEN REQUESTED OF ME STILL TO GET THE RUN AROUND FROM THEM. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THIS PARTICULAR CASINO. I WILL BE HAPPY TO SUPPLY ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM IN ORDER TO GET THIS RESOLVED.
