The player from Costa Rica had encountered withdrawal problems from an online casino after winning over $15k. His winnings had been significantly reduced by the casino, citing bonus misuse, which the player disputed. Even though the casino had shown approval for the withdrawal, it allegedly confiscated his funds without giving a valid explanation. Despite our efforts to assist and multiple prompts for necessary information, the player had not provided the requested details, which hindered our ability to investigate further. As a result, we had to reject the complaint.

I joined this casino before reading any reviews but I was playing free spins than I chose a deposit bonus with no max cash out... I won over 9k in the next 2 hours and that was after meeting all my requirements I cashed out the next day or 2 I played again and won another 6 k and submitted my withdrawal requests a few days later I messaged to find. Out how long and. I was told that I used bonuses I wasn't aloud to while still on a bonus which is bogus long story short they took the 2ngrand off my account and docked 6 or 7k in withdrawals but my initial withdraw requests where left alone... Well 2 of them when I checked recently it says approved on November 8th Bitcoin withdrawal when I contacted customer service I was told my money was confiscated but when I checked my account yes I had confiscated money. This casino is trying to scam me out of my winnings I have everything documented including every Convo with staff and I can prove my requests where approved I have it in writing and I can prove they took 8kand the manager 6k doesn't count what they took off my active playing money I also never abused the bonuses or played the wrong games or stacked bonuses for advantage as is claims... I'm looking for a lawyer I have grounds. Did I mention they falsely advertise have mediation groups but when further investigating and asking them many times for the contact information and being denied or just ignore 100% shady #paymemymoney #charge them with wirefruad and theft by deception

Yes at first they said I was stacking bonuses and it shows a whole bunch of deposits for free spins after I had already had 3 sets off 2500 cash outs than after that I was told I had to wait till it was reviewed so I did they confiscated about $6,000 worth of cash outs and left me with five grand. Both 2500 things say approved cash out bitcoin and I never got them and when I message them after that they cited that I had played or a blackjack during the during the initial promotional bonus that I used which is not true. I did not but even with that said I have on my account it says to approved withdrawals and it shows the confiscated ones so I was approved for withdrawals. Their manager approved it after confiscating over six grand. That's my issue is I'm approved for withdrawals because what they cited that I did I did not I am trying to send pictures screen shots of what my account withdrawal looks like I have every conversation I have everything documented if you can give me somewhere to send the pictures I will

Believe it or not on November 23 I went on to ask one more time where my money is and after a song and dance about how I won't get it I sent the screenshot of approved withdraws and the confiscated and told them I wanted my money someone else came.on and said they need me to stop speaking to people and what will it take to have me not ruin their reputation and I said for my 5k to be in my account I got a ok and than a thank you for playing with us come back soon and the chat ended, I woke up the next morning to a 5k deposit in Bitcoin in my account All that said, it took over 7 weeks and they took about 10,000 from me 6,700 and some in all withdrawal requests and another 3 k in active playing money but I did receive the original 2 withdrawal requests also keep in mind this casino marked down deposits for 7 and 7.50 for each free spin I used that I never made which is how they claimed I was stacking bonuses when in reality I was getting emails telling me I have free spins use them before I loose them and when it denied a bonus for other things it let these go through as a tactic to void my huge winnings
