The player from Minnesota claimed that he had stopped receiving large deposit match bonuses from Sloto Cash and Uptown Aces casinos, which he used to. He believed his account was locked from receiving these bonuses and now only got offered less valuable ones. We explained to the player that we could not compel casinos to provide bonuses, as they were not obligated to offer any benefits to their players.

Hi, I’m contacting you into regards to Sloto cash and uptown aces casino. I wish they would give me my big deposit match slots bonus is back, but they do not give me them anymore .I realize they don’t give me any big match deposit bonuses anymore and it seems that my account is locked from them. I haven’t played for a long time and I don’t understand why they can’t let me use a 400% match deposit or a 300 or 250%. They only give me a 50% match deposit bonus which is really horrible when I was been a loyal customer for many years and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars , they pay out I’ve never had a problem with that but I don’t understand why I don’t get any bonuses anymore I don’t know if you can do anything about this and contact Sloto cash and uptown aces but I would appreciate it if you could. Thank you so much. Also, there may be nothing you can do about it maybe this isn’t in your criteria to talk about bonus promotions, but if so, I would appreciate it again, thank you .Joseph
