I deposited $20 & played way past their amount & won $400.That was over a week ago.They keep sending me I'd verifications over & over again.I have sent all through numerous times.I am still waiting for my money.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for and if this has been your first withdrawal request in this casino?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully, finished wagering requirements and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. Hello Carol,


I heard back from the support team and they mentioned that this complaint is now resolved. We sent the verified your account the moment the requested information from you was received from you (May 7th, 2020) and the payout has been sent the next day which was on the 8th. Please allow 2-8 business days to credit your bank account.

As far as I know.They said in last email yesterday that my money has been sent out on the 8 th May & that it cud take up to 8 days to reach. My bank account.Today is day no 5 & still nothing yet.
