My withdrawal was declined because I allegedly violated the bonus terms.
The money was completely reset.
But I can't remember playing with a stake of more than € 5 and the feature only bought a 20 cents tray and that after the money was wagered.
How can that be possible ?!

Meine Auszahlung wurde abgelehnt, weil ich angeblich gegen die Bonusbedingungen verstoßen hab.
Das Geld wurde komplett zurückgesetzt.
Ich kann mich aber nicht daran erinnern mit mehr als 5€ Einsatz gespielt zu haben und Feature habe auch nur 20 Cent Fach gekauft und das nach dem das Geld umgesetzt wurde.
Wie kann sowas möglich sein?!

„The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR/USD, 22.5 PLN, 50 NOK, 7.5 CAD, 400 RUB. The max. bet limit (5 EUR) includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game)."
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

So if you buy bonuses for more than € 5, even if they are on a stake of € 0.20, are you already violating the conditions?
In every other reputable casino everything that would count as a violation is simply blocked.
Quite bold if you earn € 700 from € 30 and these are simply deleted.
Also wenn man jetzt bonis kauft für mehr als 5 €, auch wenn die auf einem Einsatz von 0.20€ sind, dann verstößt man schon gegen die Bedingungen?
In jedem anderen seriösen Casino ist alles was als verstoß zählen würde einfach gesperrt.
Ganz schön dreist wenn man aus 30 € dann 700 € erspielt und diese einfach gelöscht werden.
