We had offered to provide a list of websites that might assist with sports betting issues, which the player had accepted. Consequently, we had to reject this complaint due to its relevance to sports betting, not online casino gaming.

  • How did you learn about your account being blocked?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with or without an active bonus? 
  • Could you please list which documents the casino requested and which documents you provided?

I registered on January 27, Withdrawal on February 10,Then send all the verification file,

About a week later, the account is locked,Unable to log in .

I deposit 500 USDT to betting on sports, not get active bonus, only use balance , and complete 5 times rollover of deposits .

i send my ID card front and back, electricity bill , a photograph for mine and holding my ID card next to my face, and government Document Certification .
