The player from United States had requested a withdrawal more than seven weeks ago, unfortunately, it has not been received yet. The complaint was resolved after the player successfuly withdrew his winnings through bitcoin wallet.
I requested a withdrawal on 12/7/20 for $999. I completed all the documents requested immediately (I've played several other places and understand exactly how to do this). I checked a few weeks later and was promised I would be paid on 12/24/20. Then I was told there was a delay and it would be paid 12/18/20, then 1/4/21 then I was 100% guaranteed it would be paid on 1/11/21, then was told to check back in 48 hours, I did on 1/13/21 and it was not paid, then I was told it would be another 48 hours, then another, then another and even today I was told "check back in 48 hours". Victor says there is no one I can talk to and he can give me no update whatsoever and to just keep checking back. Their site says 7-10 days to process a withdrawal, its been 52 days.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is an unusually long time.

Yes, i requested it on dec 7, 2020 and sent in all the requested documents immediately. I was sent an email a day later asking for a better copy of my drivers license which i provided and replied to the email with new photos of my license. Since that day, nothing has happened at all other than every person on chat telling me to come back in 48 hours and it would be paid.
