The player's withdrawal was delayed for over 2 months. The casino did not respond to our requests to join the resolution of the case, therefore we had to close the complaint as unresolved.

Dear Maria, I'm truly sorry you have to go through such a horrible and traumatic experience with Scatterhall Casino. The casino claims to have Antillephone license. However, it was not possible for us to verify if their license is valid. You might try to contact the Antillephone licensing authority at complaints@antillephone.us The licensing authority has better options and tools to help the players.
We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
