Just took my money from my account. Said it was because of new guidelines for the casinos. Then blocked me in the live chat.

Months before that they didn't pay out.

  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your balance confiscated? What games did you play to accumulate your balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with or without an active bonus? 
  • Was the casino any more specific in its explanation, or did it specify any particular rule that was breached?

We've received the following message from the player and we decided to reopen the player's complaint:

Hi
I used the welcome bonus, that i completed months ago. Played slots
They said they had examine every account and adapt it to new guidelines for casinos,every account according to the country the player comes from, according to their legislation.
I logged in and my money was gone. When i asked them they just gave me that answer two times then blocked me in chat and delted my account.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.


Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Scatterhall Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.


We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Scatterhall Casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
