Hey everybody, i would not recommend to play at ruby Vegas at all.


i was playing one black jack.


i bet 2.5 k (max bet) and then happend an accident.


The dealer accidently flipped all cards from the cards holder over the table.


i instantly wrote please cancel the bet. I don’t want this.


but after 2 minutes of cleaning the cards.


a new block of cards came to the table.


well… instant loss.


i don’t know, that’s not cool.


i play max bet. The dealer destroys the game and I am the one who is punished by that mistake.


vegas support acts like everything was normal.


ladies and gentlemen. Please don’t play there.


the cash outs are super slow as well.


i don’t know if I had won the original game but after the dealer flipped all cards by accident.


i felt unsafe. It was sus. And not cool at all!


is that legit ? Does anyone know?
