I made a withdrawal on the 12/01/24 it says complete on there player transaction history but I haven't received any money.

The on the 13/01/24 I deposited 180 that is still pending but has come out of my account

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation. 

  • Could you please screenshots of both transactions as they appear in your casino transaction history?
  • Have you contacted casino support regarding these issues? With what result?
  • Was your account previously verified and have you previously made a successful withdrawal from the casino?

Please understand we consider a certain delay acceptable when it comes to processing payouts from the casino and deposits to the casino and won't intervene prior 14-day delay when it comes to withdrawals and 30 days when it comes to deposits.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.
