The player from Australia had reported that his money and winnings had vanished from his account while he was playing blackjack at Royal Reels. Despite promises from live support for a manual transfer, the issue had remained unresolved. However, the player later confirmed that the issue had been a misunderstanding and had been resolved. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Playing blackjack with progmatic provider Money bet along with the winnings on a winning hand just disapered from account balance spoke to support and while doing so lost more money from account with a bet that was unplayable and took the bet amount anyway live support said i would have the funds manually transferred into my account within 24 hours and to speak with my casino royal reels which I tried 3 days no reply via email and live chat then a email finally returned which seems automated I've tried 3 more times to get same automated usless reply email and still not a cent returned is plain and simple theft
