Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I have already complained to my bank but they can not do much because its not a credit card charge it's a pay id payment with Osko.. the casino definitely has the money.. are you saying royal reels aren't happy to fix it in anyway and I have lost my money

The screenshot you sent us shows a $30 deposit pending in your deposit history. Could you please send me the payslip for $30? Has this amount been credited to your casino account yet?
