The player from New Zealand reports an issue with her profile but is unable to get assistance from casino support.
When I click on the bin icon to delete my saved profile, there's an error that says unable to delete saved profile.
The chat support team have said the manager can fix this so email them. I emailed through and the manager said the exact same thing as the chat team and that they can't delete saved profiles. I deposited $50 by accident when trying to delete my saved profile because I was trying to figure out ways to delete the card details.
