Received email bonus (150%). Activated the code. Deposited and didnt credit me the bonus. When I communicated with chat they told me excuses. I have all the conversation.

No, I didn't ask for another bonus because I already know their answer from my friend's experience. In other words, the casino staff says that it has no authority to credit the bonus and it is done automatically and exclusively during the deposit, choosing the corresponding available bonus from the list.
I have already played the money, but this does not prevent the bonus from being credited.

I have deleted the email because I delete the mail every day due to many advertisements. I took the screenshot to communicate with the chat otherwise I wouldn't have this either. I did not imagine that I will fall I will have a problem with the casino because of its reputation.

Τα χρήματα τα έχω ήδη παίξει, αλλά αυτό δεν εμποδίζει από το να πιστωθεί το bonus.

To email το έχω σβήσει, διότι διαγράφω την αλληλογραφία καθημερινά λόγω πολλών διαφημίσεων. Το screenshot το έβγαλα για να επικοινωνήσω με το chat αλλιώς δεν θα είχα ούτε αυτό. Δεν φαντάστηκα ότι θα πέσω θα έχω πρόβλημα με το casino λόγω της φήμης του.
