The player from Alberta had been suspended from his casino account without receiving any explanation. The player had started using the casino on July 25, 2023, and his account had been blocked three weeks before his complaint. He had played slots without any bonuses, except for free spins during gameplay. The casino had stated that the player's account was closed due to a violation of their Terms & Conditions related to chargeback/refund/recall procedures. Despite our attempts to communicate with the player for further clarification, we received no response, leading us to reject the complaint.

I started July 25 2023. I was blocked about 3 weeks ago. When i tried to log in to play there was a red banner saying user is disabled and contact support. I played the slots and did not receive bonuses other than free spins while i was playing.

Do I understand correctly the 100 CAD refers to your withdrawable balance still left on your casino account?

— chargeback/refund/recall procedures with a credit card or other payment methods after deposit was used;

Rolling Slots will take all reasonable actions to prevent and detect such practices and to identify the relevant players concerned if they do occur."
