I deposited £50 and i spent it, but i later logged in to find this company does not accept people from the uk as it says when i sign in. I think i am entitled to my deposits back as i should not of been on thewebsite

"Players from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Australia, United States of America, France, Netherlands and Curacao."


Could you please advise why do you believe that United Kingdom should have been listed between restricted countries? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.

I think i may have got this one mixed up with another company, i would close the case myself but i cant see how to do that at the moment
