The player from Australia requested a withdrawal 1 day prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I withdrew $500 yesterday & it says successfully withdrawn // I’ve been chatting with 24/7 chat responders for hours now + no matter how much documentation I provide, or how many hoops I jump thru - all I am receiving is the same estimate of 3-5 days ??? … it says bank transfer is instant though ?? …. All I want to do is continue playing but hav ran out of funds ??… hoping that someone high up in this company will see this and help resolve my matter…

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
