Spent over $8k over a period of 3-4 months, never achieved an over $1000 win. Great variety of games, never withdrew this casino unfortunately gives you an option to cancel withdrawals whilst they are in progress. No cashback promise and particularly after this week spending 2k in 2 days requested a bonus I received a $50 no deposit bonus with over 2.5k wagering requirements. Looking elsewhere now.

Although they have a great variety of slots, the customer service definitely brings the fun on this site down to an all time low. If you want bonuses they are very limited. Even when you become a VIP member… the special treatment is limited and if allocated a host they are only available at a certain time and if you require help during a time out of this period they cannot help… they will then end the chat even if you aren’t done. You’d be better off going to Joe Fortune or Igntion Poker as they have similar slots with much better customer service
I have no idea why they get such a low rating. I play a multitude of casinos and i play a lot. Evey time i have won, the money has been in my bank in 3 days. This should be like an 8 or a 9 out of 10. Its a great casino.

It’s ok but I’m questioning it. Support were fast to answer questions but didn’t seem friendly, I didn’t get a welcome feel, just a blunt response, therefore I take 2 stars off because I feel like support should be more cheerful and welcoming. I only deposited 20 to try them out with the 125% first bonus & 40 free spins. I managed to get 30 infront on some of the games, taking my total to around 75, but then they started ripping it off slowly as a lot of them do in my experience lately. Made the whole experience last for about 2 hours as I only small bet. I also didn’t like the high wager of 50x. On a positive note, a minimal withdrawal on winnings for Australian players is $50 bank transfer compared to much higher at other casinos I’ve played at.
I won a lot of money on this site though since I currently do not hold a photo ID, passport or current driver's licence, I unfortunately cannot withdraw any of my winnings which is $25,000 mind U so I'm hoping that once I do get my photo ID in the next 2 weeks that they don't deny me the withdrawal again due to insufficient identification (and I did send in multiple other ID documents too - lots of them too) so I'll give them 3 stars for now and if they do pay me my winnings I will gladly give them another star.......
