Although they have a great variety of slots, the customer service definitely brings the fun on this site down to an all time low. If you want bonuses they are very limited. Even when you become a VIP member… the special treatment is limited and if allocated a host they are only available at a certain time and if you require help during a time out of this period they cannot help… they will then end the chat even if you aren’t done. You’d be better off going to Joe Fortune or Igntion Poker as they have similar slots with much better customer service

It’s ok but I’m questioning it. Support were fast to answer questions but didn’t seem friendly, I didn’t get a welcome feel, just a blunt response, therefore I take 2 stars off because I feel like support should be more cheerful and welcoming. I only deposited 20 to try them out with the 125% first bonus & 40 free spins. I managed to get 30 infront on some of the games, taking my total to around 75, but then they started ripping it off slowly as a lot of them do in my experience lately. Made the whole experience last for about 2 hours as I only small bet. I also didn’t like the high wager of 50x.
