DONT PLAY ON THIS CASINO. Here is my experience with "ZuluSpins" so i won €225 from a deposit bonus, wagered it attempted to withdraw the amount normally. During the verification process (KYC), there were initial issues because I mistakenly uploaded a different ID document than I intended, which caused delays. However, my account was eventually fully verified.
Shortly after my verification was approved, my winnings were confiscated. The reason given was alleged fraud or VPN usage.
I want to clearly state that I have not used a VPN or violated any of the casino’s terms.
This situation feels unfair because my account was verified first, and only after that were my winnings taken without clear evidence.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino.
It's scam operations. They won't pay if you win. They just took 1000€ from my account and said that I have used VPN which I didn't use. After sending million documents to verify my account they just took the money I had won and pay me my deposit back. DON'T PLAY ZULUSPINS!
