Case summary

The player from the United States did not receive the full amount of his Bitcoin withdrawal; $66 was missing out of a supposed $180. His attempt to discuss this issue with online casino customer service was abruptly ended, and he's considering legal action. Since the winnings were reduced due to conversion fees, we had to reject the complaint.

I was supposed to receive $180 in bitcoins and they said on they site it's $0 fee to withdrawal with Bitcoins well this morning I received my payment and they only sent me $114 only and robbed me out the rest of my money and when I chatted with them they played very dumbfounded like all scammers do when they caught up and then terminated the chat when I said I'm taking legel action against them so that there give me all the reasons to know they are scammers and need to be shutdown immediately and I see I'm not the only victim online they done like this there's 1000's more!filefile

Dear kjkevjones11,

Thank you for submitting this complaint. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue.

I have checked the Banking section of the casino and this is what I found under the "more info" button about Bitcoin payments:

Since the price of Bitcoin is always changing it is wise to always check the price before making a deposit or withdrawal.

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here's the steps to make a Bitcoin deposit:

Download a trusted Bitcoin wallet.

Load your wallet with Bitcoin by placing and paying for your order at an authorised cryptocurrency exchange.

Select the Bitcoin deposit option from the Ripper cashier and follow the instructions.

Processing time: Instant.

Withdrawal time: 2 business days.

Fees: N/A

Could you please explain where you found the information that there were no fees for bitcoin withdrawals? Have you discussed the fees with customer support beforehand or only after you received your withdrawal? Could you please forward any relevant communication between you and the casino regarding the issue to veronika.l@casino.guru?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

Dear kjkevjones11,

Thank you for your email with the screenshots. I fully understand your frustration. However, the casino operates internally in Australian Dollars. Your account currency was USD and you chose to withdraw money in BTC. That means that your winnings had to be converted twice, first time from AUD to USD, then from USD to BTC. Please bear in mind that the majority of conversions come with a fee the casino has nothing to do with. I apologize but we do not solve cases with differences in the received winnings due to conversion fees, as long as they are not above $100.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
