The player from India had his winnings from No Deposit bonus reduced due to maximal cashout restriction. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.

I opened an account and availed the no deposit bonus of USD 15. Not realizing when they meant maximum cashout is USD 15 that the winnings earned from the play wont be given to me and would be kept by the casino.
As it turns out as I wagered USD 750 as per the wagering requirement of the casino, I turned those USD 15 into a whopping winning of USD 414! I was over the moon thinking I would walk away with this amount. But noooo.. my happiness was short lived when all I got after the wagering was complete was USD 15 in my account. And guess what? As I played with it, I lost it within mere minutes.
Imagine my dissatisfaction with this team. Furthermore, as I reached out for clarification, the support person was so rude to me. Did apologize when I pointed his tone of message out. But it stuck with me and I dont wish to be associated with this casino anymore. And I want everyone to beware of the tricky little game this casino plays into luring the gamers.
Might as well not give any promotion. I just thouht this was very unfair.

"The Maximum Payout for the Registration Bonus is 15usd/15eur/1000rub/500uah/5mbtc. Any amount exceeding the Maximum Payout will be deducted from the balance."
Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
