The player from Australia had an active self-exclusion in a sister casino due to a gambling problem. He believes that he shouldn’t have been allowed to open a new account with RichPrize Casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

i opened an account with this casino few months back. I was deposited and lost above amount but when I checked the transactions of my account the history shows Parimatch berahat betting. I was self excluded in Parimatch brands before because of gambling addiction. Parimatch and richprize running under the same management as well. Richprize doesn’t even have a license they cheated the players including me with fake license. They let me open a new accounts even though knows my addiction very well. I need your help to my deposits refunds because it was responsible gaming violations. May be I am lodging more complaints the same rules because I was abused by the casinos with misused my addiction. Please

help me this.
