I first requested a withdrawal of 1400 on September 17, 2022. I half been talking frequently with Abe at customer services and he let me know the wire transfer would take up to 5 days to process and then up to another 15 to be completed. I had to go to my uncles funeral and needed these funds to go so he told me that eco pay was faster. I canceled that withdrawal and requested a transfer with eco pay. Knowing I would start back at square one for the processing 5 day count. A day later I was told my ecoaccount was canceled so I tried the wire transfer again. I missed my uncles funeral because of funds but then ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. I am a terminally I’ll single mom of two and after my health got bad there I decided I needed the money asap. I opened a bitcoin account and again cancled and re did the withdraw with bitcoin because it says it’s an INSTANT withdraw. It was not instant. Emails and live chats i sued and I was told it again would be another 5 days for processing. So I could do nothing but wait. I then received a email saying they took all my funds because of BONUS ABUSE!!! I asked to clarify and was told because I played the 25 free splits that were emailed to me daily I abused the bonus!!!WHAT!!! Why would a casino send you "daily" free spins if I wasn’t allowed to play them? Why would I have not been told about this? I won on deposited funds. Why would they set me up for that. That’s intrapment. Who wouldn’t play 25!free spins if they are sent to your email daily? I live chatted or emailed with this casino almost daily amd nothing about bonus abuse was mentioned. The phisical and mental abuse i have been subject to throughout this is literally killing me. Stress speeds up my illness and I suffer from horrible seizures which cause brain bleeds. I this money has already been allocated and now I am under serious duress having been told I will not be receiving it. Even writing this out is causing me such anxiety i have to medicate myself to keep my vitals from skyrocketing. This is so unfair, it’s completely a scam as I did nothing wrong. Please help me. I need this money. I deserve this money and the damage this whole situation is causing me is seriously damaging my health.

No problem. This was just sent to me. First I’ve heard back. They are bashing my character and I am very upset about this. I’ve don’t nothing wrong. Now it shows I was making money from the beginning of September. I swear to you that if I had that amount of money I would have cashed out long before. Ok so I have been accused of bonus abuse which is completely untrue.

specificay they say 3:1 which could stand for more then i thing so it is unclear.

i ask how is this possible that in my history there ARE only 3 bonus listed amd the third is weeks from the first two be used as a reason to confiscate my money. 3:1 is used as saying a player is not allowed to play bonuses 3 days in a row right?
