Hello , I ve made a withdrawal since 20/4, the casinos policy is that the withdraw can be completed between 3-5 business days but here we are 10 days after and still nothing. I have contract them many times and the only thing they keep saying to me its that i dont have to worry about the money and the withdraw will be done soon. For the record i have done one more withdraw in the same casino before that with no delays.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
