Hello, I made a deposit today without any bonus or anything else, but the money hasn't appeared in my account even though it was deducted from my bank account! They are telling me some nonsense that it needs to be released. How can it be that it leaves my account and then supposedly needs to be released? Customer service provides no reasonable information about this. It's not about the amount but the principle; the money was deducted from my bank account, but nothing is in my gaming account. I experienced the same problem a few hours later on a sister site of this casino! I can only say Starscream Ltd. casinos are absolute frauds! It's a great start for casinos when the deposit doesn’t even get credited, but the money is still deducted from the account.
