The player from Germany hasn’t received Deposit bonus. We ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone. I deposited with 25 € Paysafecard and wanted a welcome bonus which I also selected, but I didn't receive the bonus. So I thought it would be one of the casinos that separate bonus money from real money in order to activate it later in the menu. End of the song it wasn't in the menu and when I wrote to the chat it was said there was a bug in the system and the bonus could no longer be credited because I had already gambled away the deposit. So I had it blocked directly. Because if a casino is already so stingy with the bonus it will also cause problems when paying out the winnings. The woman in the chat immediately blocked the account without at least apologizing. That is a cheek and just can't be serious.

"In case a player failed to claim a match bonus (a bonus on top of deposit), or forgot to do so, and intends to play with the bonus, they must contact Customer support prior to placing any bets and ask to adjust their balance."
Could you please advise if you have contacted Customer Support before placing any bets? If you did we would stand a chance, unfortunately, if you didn’t I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.
