Another issue had occurred with a different game, but after the player reported it, the casino also resolved it and credited the appropriate winnings. The player confirmed receipt of both amounts, marking the resolution of the complaint.

Hi Petronela,


No one is telling me the exact time to get my account credited.


Evolution gaming (gaming provider) told me that I won 25200 INR as per my stake amount on 36 number which is the correct winning number in round 22:33:07 UTC.


They had settled my bet and released my winning amount but my casino (rajabets) not credited my wallet account.


Also, not a single customer care executive helping me or taking any further action on this case.


Please team help me to get my winning amount of 25200 INR ASAP as I am the loyal customer and have a faith on you guys to help me on this case.

I told you they guys are fraud. Please refer the new screenshots.


My complaint which had registered by the evolution gaming has closed by them by saying that my winning amount has been released to my casino (rajabets) and unfortunately again when I had a word with the chat representative (aafreen) she said that not a single information they people got from evolution gaming. They are making fool of me trust me team this rajabets are totally fraud and please ban this website forever.


Also they people had removed the chat option from my screen also not replying on my emails. My chat option is gone now permanently as I can not chat with them now.

Evolution gaming and rajabets they both are fraud.


Today evolution gaming refunded my money as per 3000 INR and cancelled my bet in that round on which I won as per stake amount 700 INR.


Also, my total bet amount was 3500 INR and they have refunded me 3000 instead of 25200 INR which was my winning amount.




This is very very upset thing for me, I want to take a legal action now against evolution gaming and rajabets.


They guys are fraudsters.

The main culprit is evolution gaming. There is one more incident which has happened just now, again the wrong number was encountered. I had placed a bet on number 4 ⚫ but the wrong number has encountered again as 23 by evolution gaming. They people are fraud and looting money from us.

Thank your for taking the initiative on just case.

I just want to give you an update the game provider (evolution gaming) cancelled my bet and refunded only 3500 INR in total instead of my total winning amount which should be 25200 INR.


The game provider and rajabets both are fraud and they guys kept my money. If my game provider denied to credit my winning amount then my casino (rajabets has to pay my amount back with due respect) .


Moreover the worst service from raja bets which I have ever seen in my entire life. The customer care executives are very rude and not helpful at all. Also showing the attitude over the chat.

Ticket number - SD - 3900961 which evolution gaming had raised just now amd confirmed that the correct outcome was 4 not 23 and they have passed my adjustments to my casino raja bets. Please Rajabets credit my winning amount as per my stake amount 250 INR (9000) INR.
