My cousin brother invited me to this site.

After just 3days I tried to withdraw 7k (i deposited 5k)

Then they ask me to verify which is fine.

The max upload size is 1mb ):.

They accepted my aadhar front and back in 5minutes. They still didn't verify my selfie even after one day.

They just keep sending the copied message.

Everyone see this, i read many reviews saying they stop verification for weeks.

So I'm here to see the speed.

Verify my account and let me withdraw quick.

Ask me if additional docs are required.

Don't tell that they are in que or something.

i did upload the readable documents, they are readable and as you have max of 1mb per file ,you can't expect a perfect one.



Even the selfie i sent is readable perfectly. Is not reject the document but it's still in waiting.





You can even call me or skype me, I'm ready with the documents and proof of funds(it's 5,000 though)


The point in your terms says that you can finish verification after getting all the documents ,till then you can hold my funds.now i sent all the documents you asked for and now you are not asking anything, which means that you are satisfied right?

So why won't you finish the verification? If you have any doubts about me or need any information or documents you can ask or even I'll be happy to call or skype with all the documents, why are you just passing on time without asking any documents????

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Do I understand correctly that you initiated the verification just one day (31.8.2022) ago?

Yes correct , i sent them all the documents required even though their site doesn't accept any document more than 1 mb.

I even asked them to give the source of funds even though that's a small deposit 5,000(50dollars) and i have just 7,500 in my account.


Even im happy to assist them with verification with call or skype as I'm ready with my documents.

I have read many reviews about how they stop verification for weeks( even after sending all docs they stop the verification for weeks without any reason)

Casinoguru has helped my friends so even I'm here to see that verification is completed quickly and others will know how they do the verification process.

It is detected by the Risk Department that;


Firstly, you have attempted to make a withdrawal to the wallet of another registered Rajabets member, it is prohibited on Rajabets to make a withdrawal to another person's bank/wallet accounts.

Secondly you were required to provide a clearer Selfie for verification, once you provide these documents it would get checked and processed accordingly.


For the first point, we can provide proof for it. If our Risk Department followed the policy for this the account that you use would be terminated. And we reserve our rights on it. However, Rajabets always provides a better solution to the users. Yet, please expect this process to be resulted by the relevant department on it.

Firstly I already told that my brother invited me to the site.

The selfie was clear and even live chat said that they were ok and i need to wait for the department to check it.

Even you yourself told that i need to wait on trustpilot.

The max size of photo i can upload is only 1mb .

So i had to crop and degrade the quality of it so it's tough even though I sent a good selfie.


What should I do for the funds please guide me.

I only have one account.

As I don't have a bank account currently,i asked one of my friends for a bitcoin wallet and transferred to rajabets.(5,000)

I tried to withdraw via bitcoin(7,000) .

Bitcoin wallet is not mine yes, but that's not a multi account.

I'm getting a bank account tomorrow anyhow.

So I'll withdraw to it.

Even after sending that it's almost 7 days for the verification.

For depositing i used bitcoin.

Which has a new wallet name and cannot be termed as others payment method. Which is told by my friend.

The casino said that I tried to withdraw to someone's wallet from the same site.

I just checked the transaction history and saw that i could withdraw a 1000 rupees via crypto (trc20 ether) which is completely new to anyone I know.

Then for 2nd withdrawl i directly gave the bitcoin wallet name of parimatch or maybe other betting site (i just don't remember as the withdraw amount was just 750rupees.

I think rajabets took that I tried to withdraw to someone from the casino itself.( I'm confused actually,i don't remember properly which crypto wallet address i gave as this was new to me (trc20) )

I don't want to object what rajabets told as I think they have a strong reason to believe in their accusition so I'm sending you the pic which i sent to them.

Anyway, thank you for your email and the provided photo. Although it is quite clear, as you mentioned, your face is not completely clear there, especially your eyes. I recommend you take a new picture - the same but in daylight. Everything should be clearly visible and readable in the photo.

When was the last time you provided the casino with this photo? Did you already get any feedback on it? Do you have any other ID with a more accurate photo of you?

So i sent you the photo which i sent them , this time the cropped one.

And the bitcoin wallet i used to deposit changes the address everytime

So i don't think that'll be a problem as it doesn't have any name or anything to it.

This is my point of view,


One of my cousin came to me to ask if i was interested to bet( on India and Asia Cup )

I said yes and as i didn't have a bank account i asked him to bet with cash to which he asked me to open an account on rajabets.

I opened the phone and registered the account .

I never even knew what a sports welcome bonus is .

So i didn't even claim that on rajabets .

Then i tried to withdraw 1000 which was successful via trc20.

Then a 750 which was unsuccessful.


I sent the selfie as you asked me to.

I would like to continue playing here as no other site gives a 25% cricket freebet on deposit.

If i win once with that.

I'll have a 50% profit without any risk.

That's why i wanted to play here.

I got something to say

Rajabets.

As you said i tried to withdraw to a wallet of other rajabets user, i didn't get it at first.

Now i do, firstly I'm new to these crypto and 2nd point i don't know anything about trc20 which is the only crypto you have to withdraw.

As I dont have bank account i tried to withdraw a 1000 first to a wallet (decentralised wallet) via trc20.

Which was successful from your end but unfortunately i messed up.

( I am sending you a screenshot of my wallet which was in TRX ( tron) )

So due to mismatch in tether tron and usdt i never RECIEVED those funds till today and are lost.


I felt bad and i tried to withdraw DIRECTLY to parimatch( via trc20) (750inr)

So that i could wager and and withdraw via cash.i an attaching you the screenshot of it also.


Maybe due to this mismatch as i directly wanted to withdraw to parimatch MAYBE you thought I was trying to withdraw to other persons wallet.But no.


I never even took any welcome bonus or anything.i was just intrested in that 25% freebet and nothing else.


The 1000 inr which i withdrew and the screenshot of the wallet shows the exact wallet address as i never recieved the money.

I have an update regarding this ,firstly the documents are verified after 15 days i guess.

Second- i never claimed welcome bonus.

With my REAL MONEY i won some bets and my Bal went to 15k.

Then after 10 days.

WITHOUT claiming any bonus again i won a bet on sl vs pak Asia Cup final.

I won 9k again and my balance went to 24k.


Even they didn't give my winning of 2,500 from Asia Cup final tournament.


I have a serious doubt here.

The casino i guess now tells that my winning balance was forfeited due to me having a multi account or taking advantage of bonus.


The only bonus i took was a 25% on 5,000 which is

1,250 i guess.


I even lost that.

The total 24k was won with my real money.

Even i got these 9k 2 days back on Asia Cup final.


If the casino is investigating or verifying.

Then why wasn't my balance frozen??


This is very clear that the casino was waiting for me to lose my balance in these 15 days.

Even if i win they will take out the winnings.

Would you have refunded my balance if i lost them ??

Even more if you knew this why didn't you freeze my balance ??

This is completely baised and this is what they do.

Keeping account in verification for 12-18 days so the players will lose or even if they win this casino can withdraw the winnings.
