i am playing on this for a long time there is no issue until you lose but when you win some huge amount like me i won 182000

they ask for documents like your mobile no. bill and when you provide they are not verified and customer support ask we are not authorised

so this is the trick of this fraud website

i am waiting for a long time for my documents verification but they didn't verify

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Could you please advise how many days ago you requested a withdrawal and started the account verification?

and i provided required documents

they are take already take more than 48 hours but my documents are not verified yet

customer support ask there is no maximum timeframe for verification

they are making excuses

because they don't want to pay

big scam please don't play on this website

i have 225000 inr into my account

they demand document of my mobile number bill even i am a prepaid customer

after providing they are not doing something

then i lost my whole money after waiting 10 days

then they verify my document

they don't do anything until you lost your money
